GPG, Glick Property Group, is a New York City based real estate investment and management firm with focus on multi-family and mixed-use assets. GPG’s core business is to provide asset management services to its private equity clients, including the Real Estate holdings of the Glick Family; which its principals have done successfully for decades. GPG is the capital focused arm of GPG Property Management (formerly Mautner-Glick Corp.), a property management firm that was founded in 1959 with several thousand units under management in New York City.
GPG’s acquisition strategy is focused on underperforming assets in core areas that benefit from a value—add focused management approach and well-performing assets in areas defined by high growth with strong economic parameters. While GPG ‘s investment strategy is long-term, we regularly scrutinize the portfolio of assets under management in order to match the needs of our clients with dynamic market conditions. GPG’s strength lies in the experience and relationships established by its principals and the intimate knowledge of the driving forces in each of the sub-markets of operation.

Private Equity -
GPG sources investment opportunities for its clients, leveraging its relationships with industry professionals locally and throughout the United States in order to execute investment strategies that match its investors requirements. GPG’s principals are Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac approved sponsors and have an excellent reputation among the Brokerage and Lending communities.
Investment Advisory -
GPG provides portfolio management and advisory services to its clients, including strategic portfolio acquisitions/dispositions, estate planning, and capital deployment.
Asset Management -
GPG’s Principals have been providing asset management services for decades congruently with it’s property management services provided by GPG Management. Understanding the details of appropriate capital planning and implementing value-add strategies are of critical importance to maximizing an asset’s value and creating a healthy and stable environment for all interested parties.
